Meghan Plank

Meghan is a rising junior and two-year starter at Drexel University. In 2012, Meghan and her team participated in the Division I NCAA Tournament for the second time in school history. They also won the CAA Championship for the first time in school history.

Honors Include:

  • CAA All-Rookie Team (2011)
  • Division I Scholars of Distinction (2011 & 2012)
  • Mario Masciotti Scholar-Athlete Award (2012)

In addition to her career at Drexel, Meghan has played with two U.S. National Teams. In April of 2012, she toured with the U19 U.S. National Team to Vancouver, B.C. Currently she is a two-year member of the Women’s National Indoor Team.

Meghan began coaching for Horizon FHC during her junior year of high school. She has coached both indoor and outdoor for all age groups. This past winter, she was the head coach for u16 Horizon Furious, and a practice assistant for Philadelphia Hockey Club.

Currently, Meghan is an intern at YSC Sports in Wayne, PA under the direction of sport psychologist Cristina Fink. Meghan is a Psychology major at Drexel and hopes to pursue a career in sport psychology and coaching.
