Megan Davies was a former goalkeeper for the William Paterson University Field Hockey Team from 2012-2015. Meg started all of her season and post season games during her final two years at William Paterson University. She ended her senior season with a .80 save percentage and 118 saves. During her high school days, she was also an active member of the Horizon Field Hockey Club and Haverford Senior High School Field Hockey Team.
During Her time at William Paterson, Meg was the volunteer goalkeeping coach during the spring of 2016. She has coached several clinics for goalkeepers of all age groups and skill levels. She was also part of the 2012 National Field Hockey Coaches Association Academic Squad (NFHCA) and a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) “Meg’s Philosophy is to help the goalkeepers recognize their strengths and weaknesses by challenging their fundamental skills and expand their overall knowledge of the role in the cage.”
After Graduating in May of 2016 with Bachelors in Exercise Science, Meg has continued her love of field hockey through coaching. She currently is the U16 Horizon Goalkeeping coach and assistant coach for Lower Merion High School.
